城市以珠江为中轴线将市区一分为二,珠江中央有一个小岛,有供两岸居民交流互动的广场、体育场,以及负责管理治安的警察局。珠江两岸有承载城市治理与公共服务的政治区,汇聚文化创意与艺术交流的文化区,驱动经济活力的金融区,满足日常消费与社交需求的商业区,充满欢笑与冒险的游乐园,还有为不同体型、习性的动物们打造的宜居居住区
The city is divided into two parts by the Pearl River as the central axis. In the middle of the Pearl River, there is a small island with a square and a stadium for residents on both banks to interact and communicate, as well as a police station responsible for maintaining public security. Along both banks of the Pearl River, there are political districts that carry out urban governance and public services, cultural districts that gather cultural creativity and artistic exchanges, financial districts that drive economic vitality, commercial districts that meet daily consumption and social needs, amusement parks full of laughter and adventure, and livable residential areas designed for animals of different sizes and habits
城市主要分为以下几个区域
政治区 / Political Area
中央城做为动物城当中的绝对的政治中心,执政府设立于此。市政府大楼的设计以广州市的市花木棉花为造型,同时参考广州市IFF永久会址项目为原型,向四周延伸的轮廓,传递出 “欢迎进入、拥抱外界” 的姿态,表达动物城当中对于不同种族的开放和理解。
Central City, as the absolute political center of Zootopia, was established by the executive government. The design of the municipal government building takes the shape of the city flower of Guangzhou, the kapok flower, and also references the permanent venue project of the Guangzhou IFF as a prototype. The outline extending in all directions conveys a posture of "welcoming in and embracing the outside world", expressing the openness and understanding of the Animal City towards different races.
金融区 / Financial District
灵感来源:以《疯狂动物城》中最核心的精神 ——“任何人都可以实现梦想” 为内核。朱迪兔的胡萝卜代表着梦想、成长与坚持。金融的本质是让资本 “生长”,为梦想提供养分,两者在 “培育繁荣” 这一概念上完美契合。
Inspiration source: Centered on the core spirit of "Zootopia" - "Anyone can achieve their dreams". Judy Rabbit's carrots represent dreams, growth and perseverance. The essence of finance is to allow capital to "grow" and provide nourishment for dreams. The two are perfectly aligned in the concept of "nurturing prosperity".
广州融合:广州作为千年商都,其精神是开放、务实与生生不息。胡萝卜从泥土中茁壮生长的意象,正呼应了广州 “落地生根、开花结果” 的商业文化。
Guangzhou Integration: As a commercial capital with a history of a thousand years, Guangzhou's spirit is openness, pragmatism and continuous vitality. The image of carrots thriving from the soil echoes Guangzhou's commercial culture of "taking root, blooming and bearing fruit".
萝卜形态象征:主体建筑采用流线型、渐收的胡萝卜造型,象征财富与价值的向上生长。表皮可采用现代环保的玻璃幕墙与竖向金属线条相结合,在阳光下呈现出橙绿渐变的色彩,既现代又富有生机。
The radish shape symbolizes: The main building adopts a streamlined, gradually tapering carrot shape, symbolizing the upward growth of wealth and value. The skin can adopt a combination of modern and environmentally friendly glass curtain walls and vertical metal lines, presenting a gradient of orange and green colors under the sunlight, which is both modern and full of vitality.
商业街 / Conmmercial District
主要以三个尺寸的建筑为主,即使是最小的建筑也能容大象等大型动物进入,三种尺寸的建筑相融合,意指动物城中不同动物相处和谐,同时,商场的面积也更大
The main buildings are of three sizes. Even the smallest ones can accommodate large animals like elephants. The integration of the three sizes of buildings implies that different animals live in harmony in the animal city. Meanwhile, the area of the shopping mall is also larger

能源问题 / Energy Problem
解决方案一: 建筑自身满足发电需求,可以极大的增加空间利用率。 通过采用BIPV新型光伏外墙覆盖在建筑的顶层或者是建筑较高层位置(商业街、行政、金融大楼全楼覆盖、居民建筑则将会设计在顶楼)。BIPV新型光伏外墙在满足太阳能发电的前提之下,同时也能保留建筑的美观性,因为这些光伏板同时可以被模仿制作成玻璃、大理石等材质,从而并不破坏建筑本身的设计性
Solution One: The building itself can meet the power generation demand, which can greatly increase the space utilization rate. By adopting the new type of BIPV photovoltaic exterior wall covering the top floor or higher floors of buildings (the entire commercial street, administrative and financial buildings will be covered, while residential buildings will be designed on the top floor). The new type of BIPV photovoltaic exterior wall, while meeting the requirements of solar power generation, can also retain the aesthetic appeal of the building. This is because these photovoltaic panels can be imitated and made into materials such as glass and marble, thus not damaging the design of the building itself.
解决方案二:在楼顶安装BIPV新型光伏外墙可以建立雨水回收的系统或者装上超疏水摩擦电面板雨滴发电主要利用雨滴下落的动能与势能,通过压电效应、摩擦电效应将机械能转化为电能。雨滴撞击超疏水发电面板时,材料受力形变或接触分离产生电势差,形成微弱电流;同时收集雨水汇聚形成高度差,驱动微型水轮机补充发电
Solution Two: Installing a new type of BIPV photovoltaic exterior wall on the rooftop can establish a rainwater recycling system or install superhydrophobic triboelectric panels. Raindrop power generation mainly utilizes the kinetic and potential energy of raindrops falling, converting mechanical energy into electrical energy through piezoelectric and triboelectric effects. When raindrops strike the superhydrophobic power generation panel, the material is subjected to force deformation or contact separation, generating an electric potential difference and forming a weak current. At the same time, rainwater is collected and aggregated to form a height difference, which drives the micro water turbine to supplement power generation

解决方案三: 利用珠江江水源。广州有一天然优势珠江,它不仅是动物们赖以生存的水源,同时也可以借其生产能源就地取材,夏季制冷冬季制暖根据我们所设计出来的城区的模型,政治中心、金融中心以及商业中心都处于珠江较近的地方可以方便理解管道将低温水排会珠江江水源的本质
Solution Three: Utilize the water source of the Pearl River. Guangzhou has a natural advantage - the Pearl River. It is not only the water source for the survival of animals, but also can be used to produce energy locally, providing cooling in summer and heating in winter. According to the model of the urban area we designed, the political center, financial center and commercial center are all located close to the Pearl River, which makes it easy to understand the essence of the water source of the Pearl River that the pipes discharge low-temperature water.
根据我们所设计出来的城区的模型,政治中心、金融中心以及商业中心都处于珠江较近的地方可以方便理解管道将低温水排会珠江江水源的本质
According to the model of the urban area we designed, the political center, financial center and commercial center are all located relatively close to the Pearl River, which makes it convenient to understand the essence of the pipeline discharging low-temperature water into the Pearl River water source.
太阳把热量晒进珠江 → 珠江储存了巨大的低品位热能 → 热泵把它搬出来用

需要通过以下几个步骤:

利用江水源的方式发电的情况下我们需要在取水泵站,或设置水下取水口

城市垃圾处理 / municipal waste disposal
解决方案一: 推广“地埋式+生化处理”,让垃圾无害地埋式垃圾收集系统:高层住宅楼下、社区入口|垃圾全封闭地下存储,地面仅留投放口,彻底解决异味外溢和视觉污染;可通过满溢报警系统自动提示清运
Solution One: Promote "underground + biochemical treatment" to make garbage harmless. Underground garbage collection system: Under high-rise residential buildings and at community entrances, garbage is fully enclosed underground for storage, with only disposal openings left on the ground, completely solving the problem of odor leakage and visual pollution. The overflow alarm system can automatically prompt for clearance.
解决方案二: 植入“无废微窗口” ,可以结合景观设计,把垃圾处理设施变成教育节点。
Solution Two: Implant "zero-waste micro-windows", which can be combined with landscape design to transform waste treatment facilities into educational nodes.
· 融合景观设计:参考杭州流水西苑的做法,将智能地埋式垃圾投放口嵌入广场景观,实现“投垃圾不见垃圾”
· Integrated landscape Design: Referring to the practice of Hangzhou Shuiliu Xiyuan, the intelligent underground garbage disposal port is embedded into the square landscape to achieve "garbage disposal without seeing garbage"
· 植入环保教育功能:在公园内设置垃圾分类知识展板和智能投放指引,周边居民分类准确率可从40%提升至近80%
· Implant environmental education functions: By setting up garbage classification knowledge display boards and intelligent disposal guidelines in the park, the classification accuracy rate of surrounding residents can be increased from 40% to nearly 80%
局限 / Limitation
BIPV新型光伏外墙:广州同时也是一个多雨的城市,在持久的梅雨季当中,只靠光伏板难以维持较大的能量消费

交通网络 / Transportation Network
中央城区设有一个交通中心,动物们乘坐的跨城火车和地铁的总站都会在这里,除总站外还有7个地铁站方便动物们的出行。机动车道划分了不同区域,不同的车道是设计给不同大小的动物以免发生交通事故,在不同的区域内也可以乘坐接驳车供区域内的行动。还有4座跨江的大桥连接着江流的两岸,大桥的上层是铁路轨道,下层是机动车道。
The central urban area is equipped with a transportation center. The terminal stations of the intercity trains and subways that the animals take are all located here. Besides the terminal station, there are seven subway stations to facilitate the animals' travel. The motor vehicle lanes are divided into different areas. Different lanes are designed for animals of different sizes to prevent traffic accidents. Shuttle buses can also be taken within different areas for movement. There are also four Bridges spanning the river connecting the two banks of the stream. The upper level of the Bridges is the railway track, while the lower level is the motor vehicle lane.
